Toby Lumpkin graduated from the University of Washington with a Building Construction Management degree and earned two varsity letters as an oarsman for the legendary University of Washington rowing team. Toby spent 18 years in the construction industry. Early in his career he did projects for leading companies such as Boeing, IKEA and Spieker Properties. He then moved into building luxury homes and has worked with many of the Northwest's leading architects. He loves real estate and great design.
